Maria has accumulated 17 years of extensive corporate experience, holding senior managerial positions in prominent listed and privately held international groups across varied sectors including IT, Technology, Automotive, and Transportation. Her journey commenced as an external auditor at RSM Greece and EY Luxembourg. Subsequently, Maria transitioned into roles such as Head of Accounting and Group Consolidation for prominent commercial groups in Luxembourg, including Delphi Automotive, IEE, and Docler, overseeing the accounting and consolidation processes for approximately 100 global entities, managing a consolidated turnover of around 500 million euros. Maria holds a Masters in Finance from HEC Paris. Maria is a Certified Accountant in Luxembourg and Greece.

Henry Young started Lim & Young Appraisal in 2016 providing valuation services primarily for regulated Private Equity and Venture Capital funds in Singapore. Over the years, Henry expanded the firm’s services to cover broader applications including valuation for transactions, intangible asset valuation, audit valuation, and valuation for court proceedings. Henry was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in 2017 and the Singapore Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) in 2021. Lim & Young Appraisal currently sits on the valuation expert panel for several prominent audit firms in the APAC region.
